We will make our resources and facilities available to local groups to tackle problems and issues in Whiteabbey, Jordanstown, Monkstown and Newtownabbey.
Local groups and civic societies can be and should be provocative, stubborn, forceful, inspiring and outspoken on behalf of the places and people they care about. They are also a store of knowledge and expertise about our locality which is an essential starting point to recognise and strengthen our shared identity.
